Joint experiences in the Niederrhein
Varied group tours and packages
Stroll through one of the many historic town centres. Ancient Hanseatic towns such as Kalkar, Emmerich and Wesel still breathe a distinctly medieval atmosphere. Kevelaer, Germany’s second‑largest Marian pilgrimage site, continues to cast its spell on visitors from near and far. Visitors also love taking boat trips on the Rhine or exploring Museum Schloss Moyland, home to works by Joseph Beuys. Germany's westernmost point is another highlight of the Niederrhein.
The Romans also left their mark here. The UNESCO World Heritage Lower Germanic Limes brings the former frontier of the Roman Empire vividly to life. At the LVR Archaeological Park Xanten, you can wander through the Roman city of Colonia Ulpia Traiana, complete with baths, a harbour temple and a grand amphitheatre.
The Niederrhein is highly accessible by car or public transport. Guided tours can be arranged, and there are plenty of hotels with ample capacity. We are also happy to put together a complete day trip for your group. Let us surprise you!
